Yoga and scuba share a meditative quality that helps people tune out the outside world and absorb in the calm and peace of the present moment. Additionally, yoga helps divers increase their strength and agility for diving and practicing its pranayama (yogic breath work) underwater helps the lungs absorb and utilize oxygen more efficiently, which is very helpful when the oxygen supply is limited for your next travel to Bonaire.
